Starlight House Rental Rates

	*Kelsie's Room* has a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV with satellite and french doors that open onto a deck with a spectacular view of the lake.
	*Molly's Room* has a queen size bed with ceiling fan.
	*Meghan's Room* has a queen size bed and a full size bed, with ceiling fan.
	2 living areas have 4 queen sleeper sofas, 1 bunk bed and 1 twin bed, satellite TV's with VCR/DVD, tabletop stereo, two fireplaces.
	1 large kitchen with double ovens, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, a bar that seats 4 and breakfast area that seats 8. We also have another dining area that seats 4. The kitchen and breakfast area overlook the large wrap around porch with rocking chairs.
	2 full baths furnished with towels, wash cloths and hand soap.
	Full size laundry room with washer/dryer, small chest freezer, ironing board and iron.
	Covered patio with ceiling fan, a table and chairs and grill.
	Central heat and air are furnished for your comfort.

Prices do not include 6% sales tax.

Rates: $299.00 per night with a 2 night Minimum

Summer Holidays 3 Night Minimum $350.00 per night

Labor Day - 1st Monday Sept Book Early - 3 Night Minimum Applies

$300.00 Non-Refundable Deposit Required on all Bookings. This will be applied toward rental total.

Payment Terms:

Prices do not include 6% sales tax.

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the property. We also require that a major credit card be on file. We will not consider the prospective dates "booked" until the deposit is made. This will be applied toward rental total. Balance is payable 45 days prior to your arrival via personal check, credit card, traveler’s check, money order, or cashier’s check. All rates are listed without tax. Appropriate taxes will be added to your bill. We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require a signed rental agreement with your deposit which you may download from our "contact" page. We will not refund deposits. Deposits will be applicable toward the balance.

Holidays:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve for a holiday and payment in full is required 45 days in advance prior to your arrival during holiday periods. No refunds will be available.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 20 days or less from arrival date will result in full forfeiture of your rental deposit and any other fees paid. For holiday weekends cancellations made 30 days or less will result in full forfeiture of your rental deposit and any other fees paid.

Smoking:

Smoking is allowed outside only.

Pets:

We are sorry but pets are not allowed at Starlight House at this time.

Check In Time:

Is 3:00 p.m. Early arrivals must be prearranged in advance with our booking agent and will be accommodated whenever possible.

Check Out Time:

Check out time is 12:00 p.m. so that we may clean and prepare the house for incoming guests.

Weddings/Special Events:

For a beautiful wedding overlooking the lake Starlight House is a wonderful location. Check with our booking agent for prices and events.

Weekend Getaway Special

On some weekends we may have a cancellation. Smaller groups of 8 or less can call on Thursday or Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to receive a substantial discount for a two day stay for that same weekend. Balance must be paid at time of booking and no refunds will be available for this special. This special is not applicable to holiday weekends. Call our booking agent for our adjusted rates!
